Pre-Shipment Quality Protocol (Anti-Fraud Measure) - To ensure the highest standards and prevent fraudulent claims, KissKismet implements a rigorous double-inspection protocol for every order. We maintain high-resolution photographic and/or video records of each product’s condition, along with its precise weight, immediately prior to sealing the package. In the event of a "defective" or "item not as described" claim, KissKismet will cross-reference the customer’s provided evidence with our internal pre-shipment archives. We reserve the right to refuse refunds and terminate accounts for any user exhibiting a pattern of fraudulent claims or excessive returns.

Hygiene and Health Restrictions - In accordance with international health and hygiene standards, intimate apparel—including but not limited to panties, thongs, bodysuits, and items with a hygiene seal—is strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable once the original packaging has been opened or the hygiene seal has been tampered with. We do not accept returns on items that show signs of wear, laundry, or odors.

Burden of Proof for Defects - If you receive a genuinely defective item, you must notify our customer care team at kisskismet.official@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery. Your claim must be accompanied by an unedited "unboxing" video or clear photos showing:

  1. The original shipping label attached to the package.

  2. The specific area of the alleged defect. Minor loose threads or slight color variations due to digital display settings are not considered manufacturing defects.

Risk of Loss - The risk of loss and title for all products purchased by you pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after they have been handed over to the carrier, provided the tracking information indicates the package was delivered to the address specified in your order.

Right to Limit Sales - We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.

No Resale - You are not permitted to resell any products or services purchased through the Site for commercial purposes.


SECTION 6 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. If for some reason we are unable to ship your goods, the value of the items that are not shipped will be refunded to you to the original method of payment or as a KissKismet store credit/coupon for you to use on KissKismet.com.

All prices are exclusive of delivery charges. The total cost of the order is the price of the products ordered plus the delivery charge.

Prices may change at any time, but changes shall not affect orders for which an Order Confirmation has already been sent.

If you are a resident of the United States, your use of our Site and product purchases through the Site shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable federal laws of the United States.

Both you and KissKismet agree to resolve all disputes through BINDING ARBITRATION administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and the Federal Arbitration Act. The arbitration shall take place in Wyoming or via remote electronic appearance.

YOU AND KISSKISMET WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL OR TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION, COLLECTIVE ACTION, OR PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL PROCEEDING.
